Shop At Clares takes pride in offering products that fill our customers unique needs, so custom made ironing board covers - Made in the USA- are one of our newest ventures. After years of customers asking us to help them find replacement ironing board covers for their older or odd sized ironing boards, we decided the best solution for all would be to custom make the covers.

We tapped into the host of experienced seamstresses that are abundant in our Berks County, PA community. Our covers are expertly crafted from 100% natural cotton canvas duck (7.5 oz weight), with a nylon cord drawstring fitted with a cord stop for ensuring a taut fit. Sewn to fit your board, from a small sleeve board up to a board that is 20 inches wide; it can even be modified for a drop-down board with no back. Also, perfect for those of who prefer a cover that tightens with a drawstring instead of elastic edges.

The natural cotton cover is specifically made from a tracing of your ironing board surface that you send to us. Our seamstresses then cut and sew the cover to the exact dimensions of your ironing board. Use the cover alone, with your existing padding, or purchase an optional, 6mm thick fiber pad.
